Abstract/Description

The current panel examines workplace issues affect criminal justice employees. Five presentations will be made. One presentation examines how work-family conflict affects the job satisfaction of U.S. community corrections staff. A second presentation examines how organizational justice is linked to the job involvement of community corrections agents in China. A third presentation examines how workplace job demands and job resources are associated with the life satisfaction of police officers in Indiana. A fourth presentation examines the civil liability and criminal prosecution among officers in the U.S. The fifth presentation examines the e civil liability and criminal prosecution among officers in South Korea.
