Roundtable: Leadership in Uncertain Times

Abstract/Description

At this roundtable we will dive into the challenges and possible solutions as we lead through uncertain times. We bring together a variety of leadership level experiences to discuss challenges related to budget, personnel, and the shifting federal landscape with the goal of sharing potential solutions. We also plan to discuss the importance of stepping into leadership roles, at all levels, and explore best practices related to leadership transitions and succession planning.
