Abstract/Description

This roundtable will discuss topics related to Abolition Feminism, including conceptualizing the neo-liberal prison though structural and intersectional lenses, interpreting racial and gendered violence as stemming directly from the carceral state, and viewing the prison as the main source of unfreedom for women of color.
