Abstract

I will discuss the interregional circulation of rents for oil, gas, gold, and diamonds in Russia. GDP (GRP) statistics, trade statistics, and tax revenue statistics in recent years will be analyzed. Saha Republic will be the subject of a case study. This discussion will also be useful for analyzing the impact of economic sanctions on the Russian economy as a whole and the economies of its regions.
