This paper will examine if the Russian army received sufficent supplies from the British and the United States to maintain their proposed military effort for the campaigns expected of them be the Entente in the Spring and Summer, 1917. The question seeking resolution is, did the Russian army have enough war making materials to prevail on the battlefield if the Revolution had not disputed their military efforts.
