One of the important dimensions of the Russian aggression against Ukraine is hybrid warfare, including information and cognitive security threats. During the two years of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine has been able to demonstrate resilience and withstand the aggression thanks to wide international support and prior war experience. The author analyzes civic activism as one of the crucial factors of this resilience and guarantors of liberation, and respective cooperation of the state and the civil society aimed at combating information and cognitive security threats and ensuring future liberation.
