Abstract

Nadezhda Gribkova’s paper, Cardboard Hare and Gasoline: conceptual performance at the time of Glasnost, examines the seeming expansion of the artistic and conceptual repertoire within the performance works of the Collective Actions group and its political and cultural implications in the early years of Glasnost.
