Session Submission Type: Panel
The panel focuses on resilience in Russia in time of the war against Ukraine. We look at this resilience from the regional perspective considering the resilience of center-regional relations as well as political stability in the regions the main pillars of the all-national resilience. The panel also discusses the limits of regional resilience in Russia and the factors (like the growing gap between regions) that could undermine it. Generally, the panel seeks to advance the understanding of resilience in modern multilevel autocracies.
