No Liberation: The Persistence of Traditional Russian Foreign Policy

Brief Description

As the war in Ukraine enters year 3, it is clear that Russia is pursuing very traditional foreign policies--from Ukraine to the rest of the post-Soviet space and beyond. This roundtable will analyze the persistence of traditional values in policies towards the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia--despite marked changes in the the international context. Participants are well-established foreign policy experts.
