The war in Ukraine has changed both the internal situation in the Russia and its relationship with the outside world. The panel participants analyze the internal structure and dynamics of the newly formed flows and compare them with the earlier academic emigration from the RF in 1991-2021. Special attention is given to the situation in particular migrant receiving regions and countries, first of all, of North and South America.
