Supervision in academic settings is multifaceted and includes various actors: peer-to-peer, graduate students, student-to-student, FLTA, as well as teaching assistants supervision. Supervision engages instructors in meaningful and productive dialogue and a rational overview of the supervisee. The panel aims to investigate various levels and techniques that are incorporated into the supervision of language instructors.
