Brief Description
These papers explore varying themes of identity in literature and film from Eastern Europe. This panel brings together scholars working on Ukraine, Yugoslavia and Slovenia to enter into a dialogue on how identity is constructed in different cultural texts. These diverse presentations vary in scholarly framework, source material and time-period while all centering around identity studies.
