Brief Description

Scholars of war claim zones of active conflict are fertile grounds for profound socio-political change. This panel will discuss discursive and policy changes wrought in Central Eurasia since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and suggest that Russian narratives of Ukrainian "liberation" are not bound by state borders.
