Russia's War Against Europe

• In Event: The Role of Force in Russian Foreign Policy

Abstract

Apart from the war in Ukraine Russia is conducting a so called hybrid war against all of Europe and at the same time European defense leaders are warning that Russia can and may go to war against Europe in force by 2030. Therefore it is essential if not urgent that we come to grips with how Russia uses force and the threat thereof in its European policy.
