Abstract

The research paper addresses and examines Imperial laws on Subjecthood and early Soviet documents on the formulation of the Central Asian Republics and the emergence of Soviet citizenship. More specifically, such framework is tested in the case of permitted migration and Central Asian Hadj travelers.
