Brief Description

The roundtable aims to bring together scholars, librarians, archivists, and translators to discuss best practices, challenges, and digital projects dedicated to preserving Tsvetaeva’s legacy. Through this roundtable, we want to explore the state of special collections of Marina and Anastasia Tsvetaeva, the challenges of compiling comprehensive reference sources to reflect the state of Tsvetaeva Studies in North America as well as the complexity of Tsvetaeva’s life and legacy. Individual memory of suffering, exile, and persecution becomes public through diligent work of preserving the written words and making them accessible.
