The panel will shed light on the entanglements of Jewish, German and Romanian history in Ukraine in the 20th century. It will deal with Ethnic Germans and Jews in Southern Ukraine during the age of Korenizatsiya, evacuation and the Holocaust of the Jews of Nadiyne and a paper on data, maps and völkisch heritage: Karl Stumpp and the Russian Germans.
