Abstract

While Critical Race Theory (CRT) is frequently used as the conceptual framework in prior research on Latina/o administrators in higher education, this roundtable will discuss the benefits of drawing from a Community Cultural Wealth (CCW) lens to uncover the assets that Latina administrators possess to navigate their professional journeys.
