Louisiana Higher Education Restructure: The Shaping of a System - A Panel Analysis

Abstract

In 1999, Louisiana state legislature created a comprehensive community college system. Our analysis examined how the policy impacted the price of education over time. A panel analysis was conducted to assess changes in the Louisiana state higher education system in comparison to other institutions in the United States.
