Abstract

Presenters surveyed 220 faculty members at 28 private liberal arts colleges to determine the impact of leading study away and study abroad programs on teaching, research, service, and overall well being. Presenters explored implications for institutional policies, practices, and professional development efforts related to faculty who lead study abroad programs.
