Abstract

This study examined the effects of faculty-student interaction on the intellectual development of Latina/o undergraduates at four-year colleges and universities. This longitudinal study used national secondary datasets to examine the interpersonal interaction between faculty and students. Through SEM, the findings revealed the impact of faculty-student to college seniors’ intellectual gains.
