Abstract

This paper evaluates the curriculum of associate degree nursing (ADN) programs at community colleges in three geographic regions in Michigan. This study assesses the role of internal (program mission statements) and external (regional labor markets and accrediting agencies) factors on ADN curriculum content differences.
