Examining the Dynamics of Food Insecurity on Campus: A Mixed Methods Approach

Abstract

Food insecurity is a critical issue among college students. Our mixed methods study explored the central research question: What are the experiences of undergraduate students who experience food insecurity at a research institution? Our findings, which suggest that food insecurity exists on a continuum, inform recommendations for addressing the issue.
