Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of women-friendly education on female students’ career aspiration in STEM majors using HLM. The findings suggest that incorporating women’s preferred ways of learning in STEM education can improve female students’ career aspiration. Institutional strategies to cultivate of high career aspiration of female students are provided.
