Abstract

This roundtable seeks to discuss the successes and challenges associated with the creation, implementation, and evaluation of a leadership development program focused on women and racially and ethnically marginalized faculty and staff in higher education. Information about the program is gathered from two cohorts (AY 2015-16 and 2016-17).
