Abstract

Does Experiential Learning (EL) improve persistence and retention in disadvantaged students? What are the benefits of EL? How do universities track student outcomes? This paper aims to promote dialogue among administrators seeking to collaborate on Experiential Learning approaches and outcomes assessments with underserved, underrepresented, underprivileged student populations in postsecondary institutions.
