This study explores how a retention culture permeates institutions, resulting in success among low-income and underrepresented groups. Longitudinal data on completion, web-scraping, and case studies were used to study exemplar case-study institutions and practices. Results indicate how commitment to diversity and organizational learning behaviors can advance student success.
