Abstract

Latinas in executive leadership roles in higher education are sparse. This study used a phenomenological qualitative approach to interview 15 mid-level student affairs Latinas about their career paths. This proposal seeks a roundtable discussion about how ethnic and gender identities influence access to executive-level roles in higher education.
