Organizational Change in an Interdisciplinary Major

Abstract

This case study follows an Interdisciplinary Studies Major seven years after an intensive organizational change. The overarching stressor and point of pride before and after the change is academic integrity and providing a coherent and meaningful academic experience for students from a variety of backgrounds and academic preparations.
