The Role of a Supplemental Community College Program for the Latinx Students: Testing the Dream Catchers Program

Abstract

This study analyzes survey data from the Dream Catchers program in Texas. The goal of the program is to help Latinx and other underrepresented students accelerate through developmental education. The results show that the Dream Catchers program provides a holistic approach to students and promote the successful persistence and transfer.
