Abstract

Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) are two of the fastest growing racial groups in the nation. Asian American Native American and Pacific Islander Serving Institutions (AANAPISIs) enroll nearly 40% of AAPI college students. This study explores how AANAPISI programs create conditions for AAPI students to thrive in college.
