Identifying Determinants for Success in Female Minority Nursing Students

Abstract

Due to institutional barriers and shortfalls in higher education administration, many female minority student in nursing fall into systemic gaps when transferring from community colleges to four-year institutions. This study will examine ways to improve variables to better support minority women in the nursing discipline transferring from community colleges.
