While Latina/o first-generation students face many of the same obstacles experienced by all first-generation students, they generally face unique cultural obstacles as well. The primary purpose of this study was to test a path model predicting GPA from four theoretical constructs: Acculturative stress, sense of belonging, self-efficacy, and academic resilience
