Abstract

This paper will explore how universities could structure Title IX sexual misconduct adjudication processes to promote self-authorship in accused students, with specific focus on masculinity as an important context. Promoting self-authorship may contribute to the Office of Civil Rights’ goal of preventing recurrence of harmful behavior.
