Abstract
In 2011, the Texas legislature voted to implement performance-based funding (PBF) in community colleges under the model Student Success Points. The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of PBF since the policy implementation. The analysis will determine environmental factors, institutional and state accountability, and make policy recommendations.
