Abstract

This study explores the experiences of LGBTQ+ resource practitioners navigating social justice advocacy within the Traditionally Heterogendered Institution (THI) (Preston & Hoffman, 2015). Specifically, this poster identifies the bureaucratic realities professionals face working in LGBTQ+ affairs. Additionally highlighting how LGBTQ+ professionals navigate the THI, providing implications for scholarship and practice.
