Abstract

This study examines the effects of precollege characteristics, undergraduate experiences, and institutional contexts on STEM career pathway persistence for Women of Color STEM baccalaureate degree holders twelve years after college entry. Results revealed the paramount role of undergraduate science identity and baccalaureate degree completion on career persistence.
