Abstract

With concerns on the NCAA’s commercialized model, several proposed reform through increasing faculty roles in the governance structure. Faculty representation was explored, with data collected from the NCAA bylaws. Four themes emerged through open and axial coding, which promote discussion on faculty roles and representation in NCAA governance.
