Abstract

The fall semester of 2015 Mizzou experienced a racial turmoil which saw its System president and campus chancellor resign. Since then various diversity initiatives have been implemented to address and to prevent future occurrence. This analysis reveals the reluctant approach adopted by the University’s topmost leadership to addressing students concerns.
