Abstract

This study examines the heterogeneous effects of institution-level predictors on 6-year college completion rates for both Federal Pell Grant recipients and non-recipients at 1,100 four-year public and private not-for-profit colleges and universities in the United States. Findings highlight consistent – and divergent – relationships by Pell Grant receipt and control.
