Mental health experiences of undergraduate college students in outpatient treatment

Abstract

This research presents a qualitative study of college student experiences with mental health while in outpatient treatment. Using an ecological model, a deeper understanding of student experiences while managing their mental health can be constructed for consideration by higher education and counseling professionals who work with and this student population.
