Abstract

As a generational changing of the guard approaches across the field of higher education, cross-generational learning holds some promise for inspiring more concerted efforts to combat institutional policies and practices that marginalize and minoritize students. The authors propose formalized equity-oriented mentoring relationships and a research agenda to identify effective models.
