A Critical Analysis of the Research on Student Diversification Efforts: Leveraging an Organizational Adaptation Framework

Abstract

With racial tensions peaking, and minoritized students at the periphery higher education, a persisting imperative to better understand campuses’ responses to student diversification pressures surmounts. As the first scholarly paper to do so, this paper will: critically analyze, leverage theory, and provide practical and scholarly implications for campus diversification efforts.
