How Racialized Aggressions on Social Media Affects Students: Validating an Instrument

Abstract

We developed and validated an instrument examining students of color’s encounters with racialized aggressions on social media, and the influence of these encounters on their experiences. The results indicate that the survey is a reliable and valid tool to measure racialized aggressions. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.
