Abstract

The Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander Serving-Institution (AANAPISI) program is an important step toward supporting Asian American and Pacific Islander students. Using Rendon’s (1994) validation theory as a framework, this study examines students’ and key institutional agents’ perceived impacts of an AANAPISI leadership program at a community college.
