Toward an Emancipatory Mujeres Leadership Framework: LatCrit and Testimonios as Vehicles to Action and Empowerment

Abstract

In this study we employ LatCrit and Testimonios to reimagine leadership from a Latina perspective. We use qualitative data from in-depth interviews with Latinas in higher education and electoral politics. We share findings and an emerging leadership framework to expand our understandings of leadership theory.
