Abstract

This scholarly paper presents the process of establishing an international center, an exemplar case of a fruitful and sustained collaboration offering new ways of re-imagining international work by de-constructing the flow of knowledge from the global North to the South through critical questioning and bi-directional flows of expertise and knowledge.
