Abstract

This study seeks to understand the impact of Texas’ Top Ten Percent Plan on enrollment and degree attainment of underrepresented students at Texas law schools. Using an Interrupted Time Series (ITS) approach, and longitudinal data from a Texas Education Research Center, this research examines outcomes across the legal education pipeline.
