Abstract

This manuscript, based on an interpretive case study and activity system analysis, discusses the sociocultural tools students access, use, and adapt during their student affairs graduate training. Findings explore tools used in coursework, fieldwork, and across learning environments. The paper offers recommendations for strengthening graduate training programs.
