Exploring the Sense of Empowerment for International Center Director: An Exploratory Project

Abstract

Nowadays, many colleges/universities have developed centers or offices dedicated to international students. However, little is known about directors who lead these centers. By collecting surveys from 104 colleges/universities, we have utilized a latent class analysis to explore the sense of empowerment regarding their perception of the resource they received.
